Samsung will soon unveil a new 14.1" notebook; the Aura R410. TrustedReviews has the scoop and says this machine will use Intel's 45nm Penryn CPUs and Radeon Xpress 1250M graphics.
The Aura R410 will weigh 2.4kg and will feature an integrated DVD burner, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, Super G WiFi, an integrated 1.3MP webcam, memory card reader, three USB 2.0 ports and a full-size ExpressCard slot.
The 14.1" LCD display has a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution which is enough for 720p HD video playback and the notebook features a six-cell battery pack which should offer about three hours of battery life.
The Samsung Aura R410 base configuration will be available in May for £499 in the UK, using the current currency exchange rate that's just shy of $1,000.
