Shuttle debuts small fanless PSU

Shuttle has released a small power supply for XPC barebones. The Shuttle XPC Accessory PC62 has no fan so it produces no noise but unfortunately it comes with a huge external power adapter
To ensure that even performance mini-PCs are also supplied with reliable power, the Shuttle XPC Accessory PC62 provides up to 200 watts. This will mean that even powerful office/home PCs, as well as media centre systems with dual-core processors can operate even more quietly.

"Earlier XPC Barebones were already equipped with external fanless power supplies. Now many other Shuttle mini-PCs can benefit from this positive feature," explains Tom Seiffert, Head of Marketing & PR at Shuttle Computer Handels GmbH.
The Shuttle XPC Accessory PC62 is available for EUR 98.00 (excluding VAT)
