GeForce GTX 280 twice as fast as GeForce 9800 GX2?

VR Zone spotted some specifications of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280 and some performance indications. The source claims the chip has a massive 250W TDP but says that it's twice as fast as the GeForce 9800 GX2.
