NVIDIA graphics cards tested in Folding@Home

Posted on Friday, June 20 2008 @ 22:26:41 CEST by

German computer site PC Games Hardware compared the performance of NVIDIA's GeForce 8/9 and GTX 200 series graphics cards in Folding@Home:

A beta version of Folding@Home for NVIDIA CUDA graphics cards can be downloaded over here. You need a CUDA enabled graphics card (GeForce 8, 9 and GTX 200 series), the GeForce 174.55 drivers or higher and a 32-bit version of Windows XP or Vista. Support for 64-bit Windows, Linux or SLI isn't ready yet.
