Sneak peek of DirectX 11 at NVISION 08

A sneak peek of Microsoft's DirectX 11 technology will be presented at NVIDIA's NVISION 08 conference next month. The "Introduction to DirectX 11" session will be held on August 26, 2008 05:00 PM - 06:00 PM at the Hilton Hotel, Almaden Room 1 in San Jose.

Microsoft's Kev Gee will introduce the new DirectX 11 rendering pipeline currently under development at Microsoft. The technology builds on the existing DirectX 10 API set and adds new features including tessellation, multithreaded rendering, compute shaders, Shader Model 5, and more.
