German car-audio specialist Blaupunkt has released two GPS navigation systems that stand out from the pack. The new Blaupunkt TravelPilot 500 and TravelPilot 700 are the first GPS devices that feature real-time video navigation. The GPS unit features an integrated video camera and superimposes the driving directions onto the live images. Furthermore, the camera also automatically detects traffic lights and road signs.

The Blaupunkt TravelPilot 500 and TravelPilot 700 will be available later this month for 400EUR and 500EUR, respectively.
