ATI RV770LE clocked at 550MHz?

Rumour has it that AMD will roll out a RV770LE graphics card in October, and according to FUD Zilla this part might be clocked at 550MHz. It might even be 600MHz, depending on the performance targets AMD wants to achieve.
ATI will also cut the Shader numbers from the original 800 in the RV770 to 480 in the RV770LE.

The memory bandwidth is being cut from 256-bit to 192-bits while surprisingly the memory speed stays at the same 993MHz. ATI hopes to hit 1,700 points in 3Dmark Vantage and let me remind you that the RV770PRO scores around 3,000 points in the same test.
