FUD Zilla reports AMD is cooking up another low-end Radeon HD 4000 series card, the Radeon HD 4450. This RV710-based graphics card is expected by the end of September, it will be a low-profile part with passive cooling, making it a nice card for HTPCs.
This is going to be an ultra cheap product mainly for OEMs, but it will also find its way to a retail market. You can bet that this card will cost less than $49 and this will be the most powerful sub 25W card on the market.

It will be completely passively cooled card, with DDR3 memory support, H.264 and VC1 acceleration engine and 256 to 512MB memory.

The faster SKU will be a full size card with 512MB GDDR3 with dual link DVI, HDMI and Display port while the slower one will come with 256MB DDR3 memory, dual link DVI, TV out and VGA connector.
