Part of the SHD-NSUM family, the drives are equipped with MLC (multi-level cell) NAND flash chips and feature both a SATA 3.0 Gbps and a USB interface, just like OCZ's Core V2 SSDs. Unfortunately, Buffalo's press release and its website don't include any info regarding the drives' transfer speeds.
Weighting in just 70 grams, the 30, 60 and 120GB are set to debut in Japan at prices of about $153, $305 and $459 respectively.
