Duke Nukem Forever a Xbox 360 exclusive?

Take it with a grain of salt, but according to Xbox Evolved, the long-awaited Duke Nukem Forever may be exclusively to the Xbox 360 console:
What is more interesting is a source close to Microsoft has told us that all the screenshots that have been released for Duke Nukem Forever are using the same version and build of Unreal Engine 3 that Gears of War and Gears of War 2 uses, suggesting the game is exclusive to the Xbox 360. Specifically, the version of UE3 used to make the Gears titles was made especially to make development on Xbox 360 easier, or easier to port the game from PC. Still, all the screens that have been shown are not PC but Xbox 360.

To clarify, there are tools made specifically for Xbox 360, and DNF has been developed using the UE3 tools available to developers for creating games on Xbox 360.
