The Foundry Co already thinks about 15nm

FUD Zilla noticed The Foundry Co is planning to deliver 32nm, 22nm and 15nm in both bulk and silicon on insulator (SOI) at some point. They didn't give a timeframe but it's safe to assume you won't see 15nm anytime soon.
The foundry is almost ready for 45nm but we are sure that you won't see 32nm and especially 22nm that soon. The incredibly small 15nm, 300 mm wafer process is something you can expect in distant future.

If we use the logic that it takes two years to transition from a process and that the New York state, Malta town based fab should start manufacturing in 2012 at 22nm you can imagine that 15nm might be ready by 2014. Talking about 2014 plans from AMD's position and in the period where the global economy is on its knees is as certain as putting all your money on 19 red on a roulette at the Bellagio.
