No 512MB graphics cards in Q4

Posted on Saturday, September 11 2004 @ 00:41:40 CEST by

NEITHER neither Nvidia nor ATI will move to the next memory milestone and introduce 512MB cards this year. If you want to do it right you have to introduce this marchitecture at the high end but memory that is clocked at 1100MHz and uses the expensive 256 bit interface simply costs too much.
