FUD Zilla spotted an image at Akiba with the specifications of OCZ's upcoming 2.5" Core V3 solid state disks. These MLC drives will be much faster than the current Core V2 series, the photo unveils the Core V3 is capable of achieving a read speed of up to 235.1MB/s and write speed of up to 160.8MB/s. Pretty impressive, although the random read speed of 102.1MB/s and random write speed of 23.5MB/s aren't as impressive.
According to the picture this new 2.5-inch SSD will have a read speed of up to 235.1MB/s and write speed of up to 160.8MB/s. The random read and write speeds are set at 102.1 and 23.5MB/s respectively.

We know that it is using some sort of new controller but the rest of the details are still unknown as these are not yet announced and still under OCZ's hammer. In any case, a boost from 170 and 98MB/s speeds of the Core V2 series to these new speeds sounds impressive.
