TG Daily reports Intel will phase out its first 45nm processors in January 2009, along with six 65nm parts:
Intel will be taking orders for CPUs this round until January 9, 2009, and will continue manufacturing and shipping products as late as May 7, 2010. Turbo memory orders will be taken until March 27, 2009 and shipped until June 26, 2009.
