Smooth Creations unveils $20k home cinema kit

BFG and Smooth Creations unveiled the Smooth HD SCinema home theather PC kit, this product features a Intel Core 2 Q9770 processor, BFG GeForce GTX 280 SLI, 8GB G.Skill DDR3 memory, two Blu-ray drives, 10TB of Western Digital HDDs, SilverStone 1000W modular PSU, a custom-painted SilverStone LC 18 HTPC case, ATI 650 PCI-E TV tuner and a wireless keyboard and mouse from Logitech.

Besides a HTPC system, the kit also features the expensive Klipsch THX Ultra 2 7.1 speaker system and a 50" Plasma HDTV from Samsung.
“When the Music & Movie industry come asking for the Ultimate Media Center, they don’t go to your local pc store or your volume OEM”, says Mario Gastelum, they come to a reputable boutique system builder that real design team that can craft & customize a pc. And that’s what happened with the Linkin Park media center.

The Smooth HD SCinema home theater pc is powered by an Intel 9770 Quad Core and a two BFG Geforce 280 GTX’s.. As the CEO of SmmothCreations, Jim Saling, put’s it, “the Smooth HD SCinema was designed to be a powerful multimedia & gaming system that want a robust and with scaleable upgrade features”. We wanted to ensure to our customers that everything but the kitchen sink was included in this media center.
The price of the Smooth HD S Cinema is a whopping $19,975.
