AMD details Tigris notebook platform

AMD also talked about Tigris at its financial analyst day. This platform will replace Puma in 2009 and will aim at the desktop replacement and thin & light notebook markets.

Tigris will feature the dual-core Caspian processor with 2MB cache, RS880M + SB710 chipset, next-gen ATI Mobility Radeon HD graphics and ATI Avivo HD, 802.11 and 3G.
