Death of a Gutless Wonder - aka blowing up a PSU

Jonnyguru tested and blew up a cheap power supply from LPSW.
Quite some time ago, I took a look at several cheap-o units as part of my Bargain Basement roundup in an effort to determine whether or not these generic units that come free with computer cases are worth trusting. Since then, I've had people hounding me to blow up some more of these units.

Today, I've decided to listen to those people as I take a look at a generic "LPSW" branded 350W unit and try to let the magic smoke out.
Check it out over here, afterwards they opened the unit to see what made it tick. The unit received a 0.5/10 and apparently the best thing about it is that it features working overpower/short protection.
