AMD to launch Phenom II X4 950 (3.1GHz) in Q2 2009

Turkish hardware site Donanim Haber claims we can expect higher clocked AMD Phenom II processors in the second quarter.

This will include the AMD Phenom II X4 950 which is clocked at 3.1GHz and the Phenom II X4 945 which has a 3GHz clockspeed. Both chips feature 8MB of cache and have a 125W TDP.
