FUD Zilla reports the mystery DFI LanParty CPU cooler is actually made by a Taiwanese firm named Prolimatech. Over in Europe the cooler is sold as the Prolimatech Megahalems for around 59.90EUR.
The heatsink itself has six, 6mm heatpipes running through two aluminum fin towers. According to the product page, the wide fins have mathematically calculated thickness to give best air to surface cooling rate. It supports socket 775 and 1366 processors. It doesn't come with a fan, but Prolimatech suggests 120mm fan that spins from 800 to 1200RPM with a 57CFM of airflow.
FUD Zilla believes it's unlikely that DFI is planning to make an entry into the cooling market, and guesses the motherboard maker will probably bundle the cooler with some high-end motherboard.
