Asian sources report BenQ will not roll out new handsets this year, instead the company will focus on all-in-one PCs. These systems are named nScreen and may arrive as soon as this month.
BenQ will place the launch of all-in-one PCs as one of its major tasks in 2009 with plans to unveil its first nScreen-series models in February at the earliest, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.

Although BenQ will continue to cooperate with channel operators for the marketing of digital still cameras (DSCs), netbooks and LCD TVs, the company will not roll out new handsets this year, the paper indicated.
