Turkish computer site Donanim Haber had the opportunity to publish one of the first previews of the AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition Socket AM3 processor which is clocked at 2.8GHz. The site didn't compare the processor to other AMD or Intel processors, but provided some overclocking results, with the CPU running at 3.7GHz and DDR3 memory at 1600MHz. You can check it out
