Microsoft patches critical IE bug and three other flaws

Yesterday was Patch Tuesday, Microsoft released a total of four updates. This includes one critical update for Internet Explorer 7, a critical update for Microsoft Exchange, an important update for Microsoft Office, and an important update for Microsoft SQL Server.

The update for Internet Explorer 7 is a cumulative security update that fixes two vulnerabilities:
This security update resolves two privately reported vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities could allow remote code execution if a user views a specially crafted Web page using Internet Explorer. Users whose accounts are configured to have fewer user rights on the system could be less impacted than users who operate with administrative user rights.
