NVIDIA GeForce GTS 240 slated for April?

FUD Zilla heard the GeForce GTS 240 from NVIDIA won't be launched at CeBIT but in April. This card is basically a higher clocked version of the 55nm GeForce 9800 GT, with some power design changes. The rumor site believes the whole point of this rebranded card may be to counter the ATI RV740.
Nvidia might wait for the RV740 to launch before it releases the Geforce GTS 240. The whole point is to get the GTX 240 faster than ATI's RV740. With this in mind, this looks rather like a strategic decision, rather than a logistical one, and we will keep our eyes opened.

As long as Geforce GTS 240 outperforms the 40nm based RV740, Nvidia will have a winning hand, but this is yet to be seen.
