Donanim Haber got its hands on a picture of the upcoming GeForce GTS 250 graphics card from Gigabyte. This card is very similar to the GeForce 9800 GTX+ but there seem to be some differences though. The GPU is clocked at 740MHz, stream processors at 1850MHz and there's a 256-bit memory bus. One of the differences with the GeForce 9800 GTX+ is the memory, the GeForce GTS 250 from Gigabyte has 1GB GDDR3 clocked at 2000MHz, whereas the 9800 GTX+ has 512MB clocked at 2200MHz. Cooling is provided by a VGA cooler from Zalman.
