ASUS ultrathin Eee PC Shell netbook debuts in April

Chinese newspaper Commercial Times reports ASUS will release its second ultrathin netbook with a 10.1" LCD display in April, this system will be named Eee PC Shell.

The ASUS Eee PC Shell is said to have better specifications, longer battery life and improved portability than the Eee PC S101.
The netbook will have a higher specification than the Eee PC S101, will be easier to carry, and offer longer battery-life, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report.

The Shell will be priced around NT$17,000-20,000 (US$486-571), added the paper.
The report also mentions the ultrathin netbook from Acer will also arrive in April.
