Palit GeForce GTS 250 has 2GB GDDR3

Palit has introduced three GeForce GTS 250 graphics cards today, you can get them in 512MB, 1GB and even 2GB flavors. The card features a 740MHz GPU, 1836MHz shaders and 2200MHz memory.
