A-DATA shows off 512GB SSD at CeBIT

VR Zone spotted a 512GB XPG 2.5" SSD from A-DATA at CeBIT. The disk comes with SATA-II and mini-USB 2.0 connectivity and promises 230MB/s read speeds and 160MB/s write speeds. Pricing is unknown, but it's safe to assume it will be a lot.
