GeIL DDR2 Green Series runs at lower voltage

GeIL has introduced a new line of DDR2 Green Series memory modules which run at 1.6V, compared to 1.8V for standard DDR2 memory. The Green Series features a lifetime warranty and ships in a packaging made of recycled paper pulp.

There are 667MHz, 800MHz and 1066MHz Green Series DDR2 modules from GeIL, the first two have 5-5-5-15 timings while the latter one runs at 6-6-6-18. All modules use a voltage of 1.6GB, they are available in 1GB and 2GB single channel kits, and 2GB and 4GB dual channel kits. Specifications:
