Google CEO dreams of free PCs

Computers are getting very cheap these days, but if it's up to Google CEO Eric Schmidt they may become free in the future. Schmidt shared at a Morgan Stanley Technology Conference in San Francisco that Google is toying with the idea to give away ad-supported computers:
While he was completely noncommittal about the whole thing, he just said it was one of the ideas that Google was thinking of. It would be on the back of cloud computing because that way the spec of the computer does not have too be too high.

Schmidt was enthusiastic about Cloud Computing saying that it was one of those changes that's going to happen, whether or not companies want it to.
