HTC working on at least one NVIDIA Tegra based phone

Mobility Digest got its hands on a tablet with details of some of HTC's upcoming phones. One of these units will use the NVIDIA AP16 chipset, all others use Qualcomm chips.

The NVIDIA-base device is codenamed SuperStar, it uses Windows Mobile 6.5 and has a 600MHz processor, with a 3.7" WVGA (800 x 480 pixel) display, 512MB ROM and 256MB RAM. Other details are still unknown.
