PhotFast G-Monster PCIe SSD promises 700MB/s write speed

MobileMode Japan is planning to release the G-Monster PCI Express SSD next month. This MLC-based solid state storage device uses the PCI Express x8 interface and promises a read speed of up to 750MB/s and write speeds of up to 700MB/s. Unfortunately, info on random write speeds are unknown.

The G-Monster PCIe SSD has a hardware-based RAID controller and will be available in 256GB, 512GB and 1TB capacities.
