MSI for example hopes to catch our eyes with the "world's first hybrid storage netbook" the Wind U115. By using both (single-level cell NAND-based) solid state storage and a hard drive, the 10-inch netbook is claimed to have a battery life of up to 12 hours, but, according to some new marketing material, the U115 is gunning for a 16-hour computing. That pretty much puts to shame Asus' Eee PC 1000HE and Samsung's N110 who actually 'brag' with a battery life of 9.5 hours.
