Spire has introduced the VertiCool II Pro processor cooler, this model is designed for Intel LGA775 and AMD Socket AM2 processors. Oddly enough the Nehalem isn't supported. The Spire VertiCool II Pro has a copper base, two 8mm heatpipes and 45 stamped aluminum fins. Attached to the heatsink is a 80mm UV-reactive fan, which delivers up to 25.78CFM at a noise level of just 19dBA.
The new Spire VertiCool II Pro high-performance cooler has everything that you could need. Featuring 45 stamped aluminum micro-fins thermally supported by 2 U-shaped 8mm Heat-pipes and all copper base for rapid heat transfer. Patented Turn & Lock EZ Installation is simple and tool-free, Spire 420 Thermal compound is included in the retail package. Supporting the latest Intel 775 & AMD AM2 and K8 micro-processors, this towering cooler is a great pick.
