NVIDIA GT300 tapeout expected in June?

Charlie Demerjian from The Inquirer claims NVIDIA's GT300 GPU is set to tape out in June.

According to earlier rumors, the GT300 is NVIDIA's next-generation high-end graphics card. This part is said to be 40nm with DirectX 11 support, you can expect it in retail stores by late 2009.
