FUD Zilla reports AMD is planning to release the 785G IGP chipset in early Q3 2009, this is a new chip for the mainstream market.
The new IGP chipset has 500MHz GPU integrated but this time it´s DirectX 10.1 capable. Currently available, AMD 780G has DirectX 10 core clocked at the same 500MHz and UVD video engine 1.0.

The 785G will come with UVD2 video engine, HDMI capability and PCIe 2.0 support. The new chip stays within the 15W TDP and it interconnects with SB710 Southbridge. It should be slower than AMD's 790GX chipset but then again it will also cost less money.
