Custom designed Radeon HD 4770 cards to be available by mid-May

FUD Zilla claims the first non-reference Radeon HD 4770 graphics cards will be available by mid-May, about two weeks after the launch of the reference designs.
Many will be happy to know that partners are already planning non-reference cards. The problem is that the price might not exactly end up at US $99 card anymore. This solely depends on the type of the cooler that various partners plan to use.

AMD's HD 4770 has got our full attention even with the first preview that went up a while ago, and at $99 this card might sell like hot cakes, especially if the rumored performance is really that close to the HD 4850 card.
