Windows 7 pirates will get security updates

Posted on Friday, May 01 2009 @ 18:20:32 CEST by

TC Mag reports Microsoft will continue to give software pirates access to the latest security updates:
According to Microsoft's Paul Cooke, the Redmond company will not change its stance in regards to whom will receive updates with Windows 7 as security remains one top concern.

"Keeping a machine up to date is one of the first steps in helping ensure that they remain reliable, compatible, and safe from threats when they are online," said Cooke.
