AMD six-core Istanbul to launch on Wednesday?

Bright Side of News claims AMD is going to launch the six-core Istanbul processor on May 27th, 2009.
Getting back on the subject, we learned from multiple sources that the NDA expiry date on Istanbul is May 27th, 2009 at a very early morning in the US, e.g. afternoon in Europe. Rest assured that you will be able to read through benchmark results even sooner, given the "flexible" tactics deployed by numerous websites out there.
Last month the company unveiled Istanbul would be launched in May, with system availability in June.
