ARM CEO Warren East says his company shoots for a mobile computing processor marketshare of 20 percent in 2010, from 1 percent in 2008.
Warren East, CEO of IP vendor ARM, expects the smartphone market to grow 15% in 2009, and the company's share in the mobile computing processor market will increase to 20% in 2010, from 1% in 2008. East said he is optimistic about the outlook of the smartphone market for the second half of 2009.

The smartphone market is still ARM's current focus, for which its IP enables low-power consumption, highly-integrated solutions, East indicated.
