The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy featuring 12 DVD discs! This includes all Extended Editions and a bunch of extras.
The superb Logitech MX1000 mouse. I have one of these and it's one of the best mice I ever had. Or you could go for the Logitech MX700 which is a lot cheaper.
The Creative Labs 128 MB Nomad Muvo MP3 Player. It's price is below $50 so this could be a good candidate if you plan to go for MP3 players.
Or maybe a good computer game like Half-Life 2, Doom 3 (only $29.99!), Rome: Total War, The Sims 2 ($39.99)
A 5-Megapixel digital camera like the Canon PowerShot S500, HP Photosmart R707
A mobile phone like the Sony Ericsson T616 or maybe the Nokia N-Gage QD to play a few games on.
