FUD Zilla reports NVIDIA's renaming trick worked, the site says the GeForce GTS 250 (a rebadged GeForce 9800 GTX+) is selling like mad.
The hard reality is that consumers are too naive to notice the tricks of Nvidia's mighty marketing machine, but as we said, Nvidia doesn’t care much as the strategy works.

In this case the rebranding worked perfectly and only a small portion of people who buy the cards will know that GTS 250 and Geforce 9800GTX+ are the same thing based on a 55nm G92b chip and that the only difference is the bios.
