NVIDIA 40nm GT210 to ship next month, GT220 in August

Expreview claims the first 40nm desktop GPUs from NVIDIA will start shipping next month, this chip will be the GT210 which will be exclusively available to OEMs. The GT220 on the other hand will be available in retail stores, but for that GPU you'll have to wait until August.

The ship amount will depend on TSMC’s 40nm production. Though TSMC’s May sales show improvement, the 40nm yield issue is not likely to be significantly improved anytime soon.
