NVIDIA debuts first SLI Profile Patch

In a response to the SLI Enhancement Patches offered by EVGA, NVIDIA has released its first SLI Profile Patch.

The patch should be used with the GeForce 186.18 driver, it will add SLI support for Anno 1404 (Dawn of Discovery) and ARMA II.
