FUD Zilla reports AMD is expected to launch the single-core 45nm Sargas processor in the fourth quarter, this chip should replace many Sempron processors.
This CPU should arrive in Q4 2009 and it fits in socket AM3, has DDR2 and DDR3 support and naturally, it supports HT 3.0. AMD plans to use this CPU for value computers in Pisces platform and with boards such as 760G, they will get a decent IGP for a good and cheap computer.
