PlayStation 3 Slim to debut for 299EUR?

French entertainment site Total Manga claims Sony is planning to launch the PS3 Slim console on September 1st for 299EUR.

More details are expected on August 18th, it's believed that Sony will introduce its new console in Cologne on the night before the kickoff of the first edition of the Gamescom expo.
