ATI RV870 to have 384-bit memory bus?

Expreview spotted a rumor that AMD's upcoming RV870 DirectX 11 GPU may have a 384-bit memory interface. The source of the rumor also claims a paper launch is slated for September 10, with pricing expected to be in the $249 to $399 range.
This could be very possible, as RV870 is said to have twice the computing power than RV770. AMD will use GDDR5 memory on their top cards, which runs faster than 1.25GHz, so the maximum memory bandwidth should reach 240GB/s.
