Motherboard makers expect further decline of desktop PC market

DigiTimes reports motherboard makers believe the desktop PC market will further decline:
Motherboard makers believe the desktop PC market is unlikely to see any dramatic comeback in the future despite Intel's recently held summit in China to discuss strategies to improve the market.

Motherboard makers had already expected the market to drop for awhile and so have been focusing on diversification into different markets for some time. However, motherboard makers believe Intel's effort may still slow down the decline of the desktop PC market.
