ASUs P7P55 WS SuperComputer specs revealed

The specifications of ASUS' upcoming P7P55 WS SuperComputer motherboard have been released. This LGA1156 mainboard features a 16+3 power phase design, TurboV Evo chip for one-button, overclocking, five PCI Express x16 slots for lots of GPGPU computing power, 3-way SLI/Quad CrossFireX, four DDR3 dual-channel memory slots, six SATA 3Gbps ports, dual Gigabit Ethernet, 7.1 channel audio, 14 USB 2.0 ports and two FireWire 1394a ports.

ASUS points out the motherboard supports up to 4 NVIDIA GPUs to deliver up to 4 teraFLOPS of GPGPU computing power. The ASUS P7P55 WS SuperComputer is expected to be avaialble in September or October.
