FUD Zilla has received information about AMD's LIano, the first Fusion processors for the notebook market. The site says these chips are expected to show up by mid-2011, and that they will have a TDP ranging from 20W to 55W, depending on the platform.
This CPU/GPU will have up to four cores, probably two and four cores versions should be derived and it will have a native integrated GPU. It won’t be two dies like Intel’s Clarksdale and Arrandale, we are sure that LIano is all native CPU/GPU.

The platform uses DDR3 and DDR3L(1.35V) and 128-bit floating point. The chip comes as uPGA and BGA depending on the platform and it will be done in 32nm since the 45nm fusion got cancelled and was probably too hot.
