FUD Zilla reports AMD will replace its Pisces mainstream platform with Dorado in 2010. This platform will feature dual, triple and quad-core Athlon II processors and the AMD RS880P chipset.
The chipset of choice is AMD RS880P and this one will sport a DirectX 10.1 graphics core, something from the Radeon HD 4000 generation. It has UVD 2 and support Asymmetric hybrid crossfire. The IGP will run at 560MHz.

The Southbridge as a part of Dorado chipset is SB810 and it supports 14 USB ports and 3Gb/s SATA. If one decides to use external graphics, they should match it with one of ATI’s Evergreen DirectX 11 cards.
